During the 2020 lockdown period, American Brass was lucky to hire two fantastic chefs. Kevin and Chris are two extremely talented chefs with an impressive pedigree. When dining at American Brass, you can taste the creativity and depth of flavors created by these tremendously talented chefs. Chef Kevin was the CDC at michelin star restaurant Bátard before coming to American Brass, our restaurant in Long Island City, where he is ushering in a new era of New American food to the style of a french brasserie.
