Ipsos Corporate Dinner for C Level Executives

Ipsos is multinational research and consulting company publicly traded on the Paris Stock Exchange. Ipsos reached out to American Brass to host a corporate dinner for 40 top level executives for a Sunday Night. Many of the guests were traveling from overseas for this dinner and it had to be perfect. We started the group by the bar for a cocktail hour with an ultra premium open bar and passed canapés such as Wagyu Tartare on a Sourdough Crisp.  Dinner started  with Bread Service, and sharing of Hamachi Crudo, Octopus, and Little Gem Salad. Main courses followed with Roast Chicken, Steak Frites, Lasagna, and Sea Bass. Dinner is never complete with an assortment of desserts from our Pastry Chef, Ellen. The event was a smashing success and the team said it was their favorite event to date. We look forward to hosting Ipsos again this Holiday season.
