American Brass launched a steak program in collaboration with one of the best butchers in NYC, Debragga. We are featuring three of their most delicious cuts, wagyu flank, New York strip, and a dry aged 32 ounce porterhouse. The trim from the wagyu flank ends up in our dry aged burger patty that also comes from Debragga. Our porterhouse comes with your choice of two classic sides and sauces.
